       4. Encourage them to describe why they feel a certain way and any events or experiences that may have influenced their emotions.


       5. Discuss their entries together and offer support and guidance in understanding and managing their emotions.


Activity 2: Resilience Storytime


Objective: To promote resilience and inspire children through stories.


       1. Choose age-appropriate books or stories that highlight characters who demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges.


       2. Read the stories aloud to the child or have them read independently if they are capable.


       3. After reading, discuss the characters' challenges and how they overcame them.


       4. Encourage the child to reflect on their own experiences and brainstorm ways they can apply resilience in their own lives.


       5. Emphasize the importance of perseverance, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive attitude.


Activity 3: Gratitude Jar


Objective: To cultivate a practice of gratitude and appreciation.


       1. Have the child decorate a jar or container with colourful paper, stickers, or drawings.


       2. Explain that this will be their gratitude jar, where they can collect moments of gratitude and appreciation.


       3. Encourage the child to write or draw something they are grateful for on a small piece of paper each day.


       4. Have them fold the paper and place it in the jar.


       5. Set aside a regular time to empty the jar and read the collected moments of gratitude together.


       6. Discuss the positive impact of gratitude on their well-being and encourage them to continue the practice.
