Dear Fellow Home-Educating Parent,

As we navigate the winding paths of home education, I am honoured to connect with you on this shared journey of empowerment, growth, and community. Today, I wish to share with you the heart and soul behind the mission that drives me, as one home-educating parent to another, and the reason for creating PIES activities, in the hopes of fostering understanding, connection, and support within our vibrant community.

Since March 2007, I have walked the path of home education, facing the joys, challenges, and triumphs that come with nurturing our children's minds and hearts within the sanctuary of our homes and communities. Through this journey, I have come to understand the unique struggles, sacrifices, and moments of grace that define our experiences as home-educating families.

My mission, dear friend, is rooted in a deep well of empathy, compassion, and a burning desire to support and uplift each and every one of us on this path. I have felt the weight of responsibility, the tug of exhaustion, and the longing for a moment of respite amidst the beautiful chaos of our days. It is from this place of shared experience and understanding that I seek to offer you a hand of support, a beacon of hope, and a sanctuary of rest.
