Purpose of This Award
The PIES Numeracy Award celebrates your child's completion of the full Numeracy curriculum pathway.
This award recognises the knowledge, skills, understanding and confidence developed through a wide range of meaningful experiences across Numerical Understanding, Calculation and Operations, Measurement and Spatial Awareness, and Data Handling and Problem Solving.
Rather than introducing new learning, this award provides an opportunity to reflect on progress, celebrate achievements and appreciate how far your child has come throughout their numeracy journey.
This award represents growth, perseverance, curiosity and the development of practical mathematical understanding that can support learning and everyday life.
What Success Looks Like
